How much marketing are you willing to do?

I know what you are thinking…“It’s not that easy or that simple, Lori. I’ve been marketing and I’m still not booking as many clients or making as much money as I want to.”

I get it. Really, I do. I get it because I’ve been there too. I bet your story and mine are very similar.

You’ve spent either a ton of time or money creating your web site but it doesn’t seem like anyone is visiting the site. If they are, they aren’t signing up for your list, that’s for sure!

I’m talking about Connection Based Marketing that focuses on a long term, lasting relationship with your clients so that you become their “It-Girl” for your niche and they wouldn’t dream of working with anyone else. Not only that, they can’t wait to refer their friends and family to work with you.

When you start using the right kind of marketing, this Connection Based Marketing, your entire business can change faster than you could ever have dreamed possible. So often the marketing techniques you’ll find out there may be described as “authentic marketing” but they involve strategies that are anything but authentic like a fake countdown timer to a fake deadline for a special offer, or “accidentally on purpose” sending the wrong link to an offer to justify a second email to your list. Marketing that involves strategies that only serve to make your prospective client seem like they are nothing but a sale to you, like a funhouse maze of never ending up-sell offers they can’t seem to escape from!
